SEAFLOW exists to bring people back into real connection, where the sea is both the teacher and the setting.

We live in a time where screens mediate almost every interaction.
Connections are measured in likes, relationships consumed in chats.
SEAFLOW is a response to this drift: a radical return to the here and now,
to real encounters, to collaboration you can touch with your hands.
We operate in the heart of the Mediterranean, based at Porto Xiphonio in Augusta (SR), Sicily. From there and nearby ports we set sail to guide companies, professionals and communities through experiences that leave a lasting mark.
Where SEAFLOW comes from.
SEAFLOW was born at the intersection of worlds I had long kept separate: business, innovation, the sea, and the desire to create authentic connections between people.
Over the years I've worked in companies, startups and complex projects, watching closely how results depend less on technical skills and more on people's ability to communicate, trust each other, take responsibility and move in the same direction.
At the same time, the sea taught me something very concrete: on board, theory isn't enough. You have to listen, adapt, decide and collaborate. Every role matters, and every choice produces an effect on the whole crew.
What if the sea could become an environment in which to observe, train and understand human behaviour?
SEAFLOW exists to answer that question. We design experiences where people learn by doing, through roles, challenges, real decisions and shared moments of reflection. Experiences that make visible the dynamics which, in everyday routine, usually stay hidden.
We don't just want to take people sailing. We want to create contexts where a group can become a crew.

I love building authentic experiences to engage, grow, and connect people, teams, companies, and professionals.
I have over 8 years of experience strategizing and starting-up innovative products and services in several industries (automotive, aerospace, real-estate and hospitality).
I grew up in Augusta, I am a passionate sailor, and I'm excited to tell you more about SEAFLOW.
