Can I customize an experience for my company?

Yes. Each experience is designed around your goals: number of participants, season, duration, focus (cohesion, decision making, celebrating a milestone). We craft the most fitting format together.

How long does a typical experience last?

Formats are customized and range from a few hours to a full day, or a weekend on board for more structured leadership journeys. Duration adapts to your goals.

What group sizes are the formats designed for?

We work with small to medium groups, typically 4 to 10 people per boat, to preserve quality of experience and authentic connection. For larger groups we coordinate a small fleet.

Where do the experiences depart from?

Our home port is Augusta, in Sicily, at the heart of the Mediterranean. We also operate from Syracuse. On request we organize experiences in other Sicilian and Mediterranean marinas.

When during the year can we sail?

The main season runs from April to October, with ideal conditions between May and September. Winter experiences are possible on request, on selected days.

What happens if the weather isn't favorable?

Safety comes first. By "not favorable" we mean weather conditions unsuitable for sailing. In those cases we reschedule the experience at no extra cost, or — if rescheduling isn't possible — we offer a full refund.

What should I bring on board?

Comfortable layered clothing, light-soled non-slip shoes, swimwear, sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen. We take care of everything else.

Every format is tailor-made, so the price depends on number of participants, duration, boat and included services. After a short discovery call we send you a clear, detailed quote.

What is the cancellation policy?

Terms are agreed at the confirmation stage. In general, early cancellations are handled with flexibility; late cancellations may carry a fee to cover costs already incurred.

Are catering, drinks and equipment included?

Yes: each experience includes a curated food & beverage offering and all on-board technical equipment. We can tailor the menu to specific requirements or dietary requests.

Do I need sailing experience to take part?

No. SEAFLOW experiences are designed even for people who have never set foot on a boat.

Who skippers the boat?

Accepted Answer

There is always a professional skipper on board, supported by a crew when needed. The technical management of the boat is entirely on us.

Are the boats safe and certified?

Yes. We operate with regularly certified boats, subject to periodic maintenance and inspections, equipped with all safety gear required by regulations.

Can I take part if I get seasick?
